The want to do something is completely understandable. And not something I would very well be able to deny; I blamed my own self for the D-Reaper appearing in our world, and pushed myself to help stop it not just out of the need to defend our world, but...
Playing the part I did, I wouldn't have been able to live with myself if I didn't do everything possible.
I can't relate to what you went through. I don't think anyone really can. But... I can understand the sentiment, at the very least.
